At 48, Richard Kingsmill is where most driven people tend to find themselves at the pointy end of their respective careers, years of hard work toiling in the lower ranks have rewarded them with lofty titles in upper management. Along with the usual stresses that come with a position of importance, Kingsmill has recently come under scrutiny for being too old to be at the head of Australia’s youth station.
